Who we are

Shan Tea House is run by Kominsys LLC. You can reach us at support@shantea.house.

What this site collects

Only what a web server sees. The site sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts, loads no fonts or scripts from other companies, and has no accounts or forms. It is served by Google Cloud Run, and every request is recorded in our own request logs: IP address and the rough location it points to, browser type and the page requested, including the order reference in the thank-you page’s address. We keep these logs to keep the site running and secure and to see how it is used; nobody else receives them.

When you buy

The buy button takes you to a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details there, and handles them under its own privacy policy. Stripe passes us what we need to fill your order: your name, email address, shipping address, what you bought and what you paid. We never receive your full card number.

How we use it

Only to ship your order, send you messages about it, answer your questions, handle returns, and keep the business records the law requires. We share your name and shipping address with the carrier that delivers your package. We don’t sell or rent your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t send marketing email.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@shantea.house. We will reply within 30 days. Some order records we have to keep for tax reasons even after you ask.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
